- Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

- Returns or exchanges requested beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.

- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Exchanges will be processed promptly, and the replacement item will be shipped to you.
5. Return Shipping Cost:
- If you are returning an item due to a defect or error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- For all other returns or exchanges, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings including earring sets are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Items purchased during clearance sales or promotional events may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
7. Lost or Damaged Returns:
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items to us.
- NZ Bling is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
