• Customized or personalized items may require additional processing time

• Enjoy Free Shipping on all orders over $60.
• For orders below $60, the shipping fee may vary depending on the shipping destination and number of items purchased.  Exact shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

3. Order Tracking:

• Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
• In the rare event that your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we'll assist you in resolving the issue.

4. Packaging:

• Your jewelry or any other purchase will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in pristine condition.

• Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Returns or exchanges requested beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.
